This eventually grows into a mutual object of affection, yet before the two could admit their feelings for each other, they both forced themselves in their own separate ways. Yet during a mass suicide by the Individual Eleven members, Kuze alone survived, leaving and hiding out in the Refugee Residential District.Įncouraged by the refugees' determination, Kuze spearheads their revolutionary independence movement in Japan, becoming a legendary hero and terrorist at the same time. He starts as one of the known 12 members of the terrorist group referred as the " Individual Eleven".
